Biography
Canadian bassist Alain Caron's musical career began at the early age of 11 as he soon discovered the music which would become his life's passion - jazz. In the 70s he moved to Montreal and started extensive studio work.

Three years following the release of his album Conversations / Alain Caron renews and returns to his roots with this exciting jazz Fusion album Sep7entrion To commemorate this release, Alain Caron will be bringing Sep7entrion to life, live and in person September 1, 2010 at 7:30pm in conjunction with 25th edition of the Festi Jazz de Rimouski, where the album will be officially launched. This concert will be recorded and broadcast September 3, 2010 on Radio Canada, Espace Musique.
